Group Tickets (Changeover Period)

Groups of eight or more people are required to book Group Tickets.

Please note that we are offering Reduced Admission from May 9 through June 3, 2024. We are in a Changeover Period, a time when we prepare the galleries for a forthcoming special exhibition. During this period, "Austrian Masterworks from the Neue Galerie" will be on view, including the Klimt Gallery. All third-floor galleries will be closed until "Paul Modersohn-Becker: Ich bin Ich / I am Me" opens on June 6. Admission during this period has been reduced accordingly. The reduced rates are reflected below.

Please note:

     • Group Tickets reservations include admission to the museum, but do not include a guided tour. The Neue Galerie offers a free digital guide. Learn more about tour options at neuegalerie.org/tours.

     • Group Tickets reservations can accommodate up to 15 people. Groups larger than 15 people must make an additional reservation.

     • While your booking notes a preferred entry time, Advance Ticket and Group Ticket holders may experience a wait for entry to ensure that the building maintains safe occupancy and visitor traffic flow.

     • To avoid impacting the experience of other museum visitors, groups may not gather together. Outside lecturers and third-party tour operators are not permitted to address groups.

     • Visitors aged 12-16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 12 are not admitted during regular hours. FAQS
